THE DUAL VOLTAGE JACK
The Dual Voltage Jack allows easy two-step charging for batteries. By inserting the included Dual Voltage plug, the DLS will deliver an increased "quick-charge" for rapid charging of the battery. Quick-Charge voltages are relative to the voltage settings of the DLS (for instance, a nominal output voltage of 13.6vdc is increased to 14.2vdc).
The Dual Voltage Jack also provides simple installation of the IQ Smart Controller. By inserting an external IQ controller into the Dual Voltage Jack, the DLS automatically provides "smart charge" control.
